The 2024 Pennant Final was held at Tura Beach Country Club yesterday and we congratulate Mollymook as the winners of the District defeating Bega 3/2. The games were very close and made for an exciting Final. Well done to all Finalists for an entertaining day.
The weather was not the greatest but the players were strong in their resolve to get the games finalised. Playing in the South was a benefit compared to what was happening in the North with extremely heavy rain pouring down. Tura course presented well and held up with the sun trying to sneak out, although very sparingly.
Thank you to our 5 referees who gave up their day to assist our cause and for braving the conditions. We also thank Lynda and the Tura Beach ladies for hosting the day and for their generous hospitality.
